Dr. Davis is absolutely wonderful and he’s gonna definitely make sure you’re satisfied with your vision before contacts are ordered for you! He’s been my doctor since the late 70s. And the ladies at the desk are very nice. Joycelyn is great to work with

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability. They ordered the wrong frames and lenses, denied any record of my original selection, then “found” it after nearly 30 minutes—blaming poor record-keeping. No apology, just excuses and a dismissive attitude. They even implied the mistake was made by a “young Black girl,” which was offensive and unfounded. I felt like they didn’t care because insurance had already paid. If I’d paid out of pocket, I’m sure the response would’ve been very different. I won’t be returning.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I just called to make an appointment, and the staff’s attitude was absolutely unacceptable. My first call was answered by someone named Sylvie. She greeted me, and I responded. Not even five seconds later, she said "Hello" again and immediately hung up. Thinking it must have been a mistake, I called back—only for the exact same thing to happen. On my third attempt (all within a four-minute span), Sylvie answered again. This time, I started by saying, "Hello, can you hear me?" She responded with, "Well, we can hear you now." I explained that there may have been a speaker issue earlier, but had she given me more than five seconds to respond, we could have resolved it without multiple calls. She then promptly hung up in my face. I attempted to call back

Absolutely loved the doctor and staff. He was very thorough in my exam, the first to ever give me a remedy for my allergies in my eyes after 35 years of dry eyes. The staff is also very very welcoming and helpful.

UPDATE: After being made aware of my concerns, Dr. Davis reached out to me to discuss further. He was sincerely apologetic and explained that he planned to speak with his staff about the issue brought to his attention. I have been seeing the provider here for many years. Attempted to make a yearly follow up today and spoke to Sylvia over the phone. We discussed scheduling and I was attempting to make an appointment but due to hours and availability, could not nail down a day. I asked what availability they might have coming up in February and she stated “what we have everyday”. When I told her I would need to call back to schedule she laughed. I’ll go elsewhere for better customer service.
