Had a referring doctor make this appointment to Mid-Hudson Retina consultant . The wurst experience that me and my mom ever had at a doctor s office.My mom is 82, made her wait in the hallway for 40 minutes then the nurse was nasty, first of all my mom is Italian and doesn’t speak English well she can make herself understood but when it comes to medical information she is very shaky, and no she doesn’t speak Spanish. I never went to an office that the nurse made the decision if the doctor was going to visit her or not . No wonder hardly anybody in the parking lot, I would not recommend this office to my wurst enemy and as far as the doctor Koreen I would evaluate your help .👎🏼

I have been taking mom to see Dr.Sebrow for almost a year now for her macular degeneration. We love Dr Sebrow. His staff has always been professional. He is very informative and knowledgeable. I couldn't picture taking her anywhere else. We can wait sometimes in the hallway for about 20 minutes give or take to ensure we are not crowded in the waiting room. But they always make sure there is enough seats. When we are brought back they cruise along and test her to see where we are with progress and check the health of her eyes, and see the doctor for injections in a timely manner. It generally takes 1-2 hours for this appointment. But well worth the time to keep moms vision healthy. Thank you very much for what you all do.

This place is wildly unprofessional. Rude nasty staff. All the receptionist Do is sit there and gossip about other coworkers and stuff their face with food. My appointment was at 9am wasn’t seen til almost done with 10am when the nasty nurse informed me “um well you have to expect to be here for up to 3hrs.” First of all no one told me and second of all you don’t need to be so nasty. I’m a receptionist and if I was half as rude or nasty I would be fired. I would rather lose my eyesight than ever come here again. Disgusting staff and they also don’t follow any type of Covid protocol other than asking if you have a cold.

Just had a really unsavory failed intake call with Nancy the receptionist, and now after reading other reviews I'm glad to be going with a different retina specialist. The staff here needs to trained on the health insurance they accept, and gain a better understanding of the United Healthcare Options PPO Network. I called my insurance company and they've made a note, but needless to say this was a really unpleasant experience that gave insight into the glut of mismanagement in the healthcare industry.

Dr.Koreen saved my eye 5 years ago and he conscientiously looks after it every year. They are. Very professional and I wish they did Opthamology also so he could could care for my glaucoma and fit me with eyeglasses! All of these people complaining about the staff are missing out on the best Dr in the retina field.
