Absolutely ridiculous, my aunt had a 1:15 Appointment for an MRI . so i took her to it , got there at 12:50 she was still waiting well over 2pm . WHAT EXACTLY IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT SYSTEM IF YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT HOURS? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

My appointment was at 9:15 am. I couldn’t find the place, I asked the lady what is the name of the office they were at, she told me she doesn’t know the name. I had to call the Doctors office that sent me there, to guide me to the place. I finally found the plaza, I couldn’t find where it was in the plaza, I called the place again, they told me “it’s in the back, that means drive around,” and they hung up in my ear. Finally I got signed in and everything, and there has been people AFTER me that signed in, and they are being called in ahead of me. I’ve been waiting over an hour. I asked the lady in the front how long I have to wait, and she stated after this next gentleman I would be next (a man who was checked in after me). I said okay, sat back down, the man comes out and they call someon

So we get to the office and the employees are rude to you. They took my minor daughter for chest xray but refused to allow mom in the room. Then I give them my doctors information to forward the xrays to my child's lung doctor. 3 days later the lung doctor had not received the files. I leave his office and call this imaging office explain to the phone attendant she cute me off checks for the files and tells me" I will send them now". I respond to her that my apptointment is over but thank you becuase i still need them. And guess what?! She hangs up on me yessss! Just hung up on me. WORST SERVICE EVER. I will be complaining to my insurance about this provider. NEVER AGAIN .

Need a better phone system I’ve been on hold for 30minute. Still on hold. man·ag·er Very upset never was able to speak to the billing department and I left a message for the manager and he wasn’t available so I left my name and number so he can call me. But my thing is the girl that answers my call wasn’t helpful at all. She didn’t offer to help me. What customer that is.
