Best urgent care I've been to. Very professional and helpful from front desk to check out.

They charged me over $100 for an office visit and also charged for a covid19 test which was the only reason I went in. The nurse only stuck a thermometer in my mouth and gave me the covid19 test. 'Not going to return. The long wait and price simply not worth it.

Firstly, I'll start off with the positive...The doctor was great, very professional, kind, and literally had me in and out within the hour. Even gave me some advice on how to take better care of myself. The morbidly obese receptionist however was not even remotely comparable. She literally ate 3 stars off this review. I was greeted with heavy breathing, an intense sigh, and hard stare as soon as I walked into the door. Maybe its the butterball ham hanging from her face making it so difficult to talk, or maybe the insides of her mouth simply impeding the movement of her tongue to make words, but the minimum amount of effort on her part would have made this review 10x better. It must be so exhausting working in the A/C all day and typing keys into a computer, because she was so winded that

We have been here as a family a few times and it was always fine and the workers are very friendly which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 but we will be going somewhere else from here on out. I went in and was misdiagnosed (told I had bronchitis) and put on incorrect meds on a Tuesday, by Saturday I was admitted into Houston Methodist and was septic. All of my doctors agreed if my pneumonia (correct diagnosis) was caught and treated correctly it would have not turned into sepsis. Sepsis is absolutely no joke and I was extremely lucky with only a 4 day hospitalization but even after discharge, weeks later and I am still recovering… could have all been prevented. This turned into a complete nightmare all from a misdiagnosis and not listening to ALL of my symptoms.
