Dr. Chapdelaine is excellent. His office staff are amazing. They took care of my Uncle for many, many years. They made the last months of his life pain free and peaceful. Dr Chapdelaine would even call the house in between appointments to check on my Uncle. He was there for us anytime we needed him. Morning, noon, or night he was there. Exceptional! And truly one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. His staff is also exceptional. Anytime we called or spoke with them, they were always so kind, so patient, so helpful, so knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

The worst experience I have ever had! Been on meds for 3 years and went twice after having to get all new X-rays which showed where my pain was coming from knees and back. First visit no meds and 2nd visit put me in a back brace and no pain meds again not even the meds I have been on for 3 years. Called today since appt was 42 days apart and nurse was rude and stated we don’t have your records - I call BS I was referred there by my primary Dr who has all my records. They never had me sign for release of records. Now I am in so much pain I can’t hardly walk and with back brace it’s doubled the pain. Dr is a JOKE and Nurse is even Worse! Do NOT go to this Joke of an office!!!

Always a great experience. Dr. Chapdelain has always been personally involved in not just treating the pain resulting from numerous debillitating injuries but also genuinely dedicated to helping improve my overall quality of life. The staff is always helpful and professional. They are obviously under a lot of pressure from a high volume of patients but always work to serve the needs of the clients. I always come away feeling a genuine sense of compassionate, professional care.

Dr. Chapdelaine and his staff especially Rosie and Elizabeth, are simply wonderful. After having foot surgery gone wrong, I have been left with chronic excruciating, debilitating, and life altering pain and nerve pain. Dr. Chapdelaine and his nurses Rosie & Elizabeth have gone above and beyond to help me. I honestly don’t know what I would do without them. They are very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, supportive, kind, patient and truly invested in helping me. My calls are returned promptly. My questions answered with endless patients. I have never felt rushed, dismissed, unheard, or brushed off. They listen intently and collaborate on ways to relieve this horrendous burning & pain. The girls at the front desk are so kind and sweet. They make a genuine effort to get to know you and

They help me with my Fibromyalgia and severe back issues since I had to leave my previous doctor in December. Wonderful and caring even during my pregnancy. The staff put a lot of care into the mental and physical well-being and have a great bedside manner. I suffer in pain but it is not alone. There are also other locations if needed to be seen sooner or conveniently. Front desk staff are patient and kind.
