My 90 year old mother was seen by Dr. Mandrick, and the nurse who took her couldn’t have been more pleased! The doctor was so patient with Mom and proceeded to give the most thorough service to fine tune her cochlear implant. We are so pleased that this appointment was so successful in helping her communicate with friends, neighbors and family again.

I met with Dr. Kimberly Schewe regarding a hearing aid issue. We were able to quickly diagnose the issue and she addressed it immediately. The care I receive at Michigan ENT has been consistently exceptional, whether from the doctors I’ve seen or the support staff. It is a well run practice.

Very good experience. Lost complete hearing in one ear and needed a crossover hearing aid to compensate. Dr Schewe was/is extremely helpful in explaining options. Great listening to my concerns. Tough to lose hearing permanently in one ear. Dr Schewe helps with this new adaption. So far couldn’t be more pleased follow up appointments are going fine. Hearing is as good as can be. Yes, very satisfied with Dr Schewe. My hearing is getting adjusted to being quite good now.

Dr. Mandrick is a consumate medical professional. To go along with that she listens to her parents fears and anxieties about wearing hearing aids. My anxiety about wearing hearing aids was huge.
