Michigan Ear Hearing Center of Ohio

I recently visited the clinic for hearing aid services and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Taylor, the receptionist, was very pleasant, welcoming, and efficient—she set a positive tone right away. Paige, my audiologist, was outstanding. Not only is she a Doctor of Audiology, but she also personally uses hearing aids, which gives her a unique and practical perspective. Her vast knowledge of hearing aid technology and everyday use was evident throughout my appointment. She was attentive, thorough in her explanations, and truly understood my patient experience. From my perspective as a patient, Paige was wonderful to work with, and I left feeling confident and well cared for. The professionalism and expertise of the entire team made this a very positive visit.

At the beginning I was hesitant about getting a cochlear implant. After the testing I was shown what they looked like and everything explained to where I became confident and more comfortable with making the proper decision I needed to make. (I'm going for the implant).

Paige, the audiologist, was terrific. She gave me all the time needed to understand the benefits, care, and also that hearing aids are aids and not a cure. For me, that was an indicator that I can trust her and Michigan ENT.
