I recently visited this clinic and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient during check-in. The waiting area was clean, organized, and comfortable, which made the short wait time even more pleasant. The nurse was professional and kind, taking the time to ask detailed questions about my concerns and making sure I felt comfortable. The doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated that they listened carefully and did not rush through the appointment. I truly wanted to love my experience with Dr. Duhaney. As a Black female patient, I was especially excited about supporting a Black female physician. During my first few appointments, everything was great — scheduling was easy, wait times were short, and Dr. Duhaney made me feel heard and genuinely cared about my concerns. Unfortunately, my experience changed once I needed additional testing and referrals. After those were ordered, communication from the office completely stopped. It felt like I was cut off without any explanation. I called twice a week, leaving voicemails and messages with the front desk, but never received a response. Dr. Duhaney is an exceptional physician. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and truly take the time to listen to her patients. I felt heard and respected, and well cared for throughout all my visits. Her staff is very polite and professional. Have known her for approx 16yrs. Truly a great physician

I do not recommend this office. They changed my thyroid medication and left me going in circles trying to figure out what was wrong with me. When the issues they caused became overwhelming, the provider suggested putting me on antidepressants to manage the emotional rollercoaster they created. The worst part came when I developed a sinus infection. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told the doctors weren’t on site that day and that they were only doing bloodwork. The next time I got sick, I received the same excuse—plus they said they couldn’t fit me in until the following week. What a joke. If you plan to stay with this office, don’t expect help when you actually need medical care. They simply won’t be there for you.
