Michelle Cloutier, LMT St Augustine Massage

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was incredibly soothing – soft lighting, calming music, and a serene atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Michelle is not only skilled but also has a wonderful bedside manner. She listens attentively to my concerns, makes me feel comfortable throughout every session, and provides a massage that is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. Each time I go, I leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Michelle is awesome! I actually took my kids to get a massage and they loved it. She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional with them. She was creative with how she treated them as they were only willing/able to be on the table for a few minutes at a time. She has a calm and warmth about her that is really soothing. I would highly recommend her!

Michelle allowed herself to become involved in a personal matter between myself and another one of her clients - unprofessional behavior for a health provider. Because that client lives in her neighborhood, she sent a text to me stating that she wanted to distance herself from the situation and let me go as a client over text without so much as offering a recommendation for another masseuse. If Michelle had acted like a professional and removed herself from clients’ personal business, there would not have been an issue, especially considering her neighbor and I have resolved our personal issue.

Michelle gives the BEST massage, and I have had a lot of massages! She really gets into the root of of all of my tense spots and kinks and works them out. I find myself breathing through the pain ( in a good way!) and then she switches techniques and I’m floating off in total Relaxation. Michelle has even recommended stretches for my particular issues and explains the why and how of what is going on in terms of skeletal muscle and tissues, etc.. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Michelle never disappoints. Her studio is very convenient and easy to find. She listens to what you want out of your massage and 100% delivers. She’s also very responsive which makes me feel like she genuinely cares and loves what she does.
