Michaels Pharmacy

Would recommend this pharmacy a thousand times again and again. When a big time pharmacy downright refused to fill a prescription for me i called this pharmacy and the woman was so kind and helpful she took her time and took my call several times never seemed annoyed with my several questions or lack of knowledge. This pharmacy was very knowledgeable and willing to help. I immediately removed all of my prescriptions from the big time pharmacy and gave my business to these nice people. What amazed me the most is the level of customer service. Only going in once before they remember me by first name basis! I love the personable experience. I had to transfer my Rx's to Michaels from another pharmacy. It was quite seamless how easy it was. Sam, the pharmacist is very personable and even offered to speak with my doctor about other meds for my issues.

Sam and Jen are the most professional, kindest, and hard working people I've met. They are dedicated, and care for each patient individually. I needed a compound and Sam took care of it quickly! I love supporting local family owned businesses. I don't know why people go to big box chain pharmacies, stand for hours in line, get put on hold endlessly, and wait days for prescriptions. At Michael's Pharmacy, they answer the phone right away, fill your prescription right away, and always help to save me money. Thanks Sam and Jen, you're the best!
