Mike Carter, PA. I have been going to Mike for 26 years. Mike and his team have always provided excellent care. Whether it is a telephone call or a home call he is flexible and willing to take care of you. I honestly don’t know any other PA that would respond to a patient like he does. He has gone above and beyond for me and my family. His team is outstanding as well. Staying late to get me taken care of or coming in early. They all are like family. Now they have this nice clinic with room to grow. I’m so excited for them. Thanks St Paul Clinic for everything.
