Had a great experience with Dr. Benke and his team! My partner has been under his care for three years and recently suggested I see him for a second opinion on my shoulder injury. He really took the time to understand my concerns, reviewed my existing MRIs, and even caught what my other doctors missed! I truly appreciate his thoroughness and excellent bedside manner. I had a deeply disappointing and frankly distressing experience with Dr. Michael Benke. I came in with a clearly described history of gluteus muscle contracture following years of intramuscular penicillin injections in childhood. I explained that I had undergone soft tissue release surgery many years ago and that a follow-up CT had suggested possible damage to my right gluteus maximus. I openly admitted that I did not have prior imaging or surgical records in hand, but I explained my condition thoroughly and respectfully. I dealt with debilitating hip pain for over a year until my orthopedist finally referred me to Dr. Benke. I am so glad to finally be free from pain after a successful hip surgery with Dr. Benke. Every one I interacted with in his office and surgery center were great. Dr Benke put me at ease, was patient and answered my myriad of questions. I'm grateful to finally have my quality of life back.

I fractured my collarbone and ruptured the ligament which attaches it to the shoulder, resulting in a separation. Dr. Benke repaired the broken bone with a plate and screws and reattached the ligament. He did an excellent job; I had a full recovery, after 2 months of immobilization, 2 months of physical therapy, and 2 months back at work. Dr. Benke is knowledgeable, skilled, experienced, and very respectful; he explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. Based on my experience with his care, I highly recommend him.

Been seeing Dr. Benke for some years now and always showed respect & answer all my concerns. Had a meniscus tear in my left knee last year that I didn't know I had that I had & been in pain for years & now I'm pain free. Now I have to have the same procedure on my right knee after falling on it in August and being in pain for month. I know I'm in good hands 🙌
