Michael Spann, MD - Fayetteville Plastic Surgery

This is the second time I've worked with Dr. Spann and just as I remembered, he is wonderful! He will listen to all of your concerns and be very honest with you about expectations. He really wants you to be happy with your results (and I always am!). This was my first time seeing him at his Fayetteville location. The office space is beautiful and the surgery center he uses feels so peaceful/cozy.. the staff is very sweet and they are all there just for you. If you are looking to have work done, a consult never hurts and you won't regret seeing Dr. Spann!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Michael Spann and his office. I had a tummy tuck after the birth of my twins. I am very satisfied with the results. I went from a size 12-14 to size 8 and feel so much more confident in my clothes. Dr. Spann took the time to understand my needs. The staff was caring, helpful, and communicated clearly every step of the way from the initial consult to post-op recovery.

I had BBl blazer treatments to my face , neck, and chest. All the personnel were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They followed up to check on me and make sure I was fine. I highly recommend them to all my friends.
