Personally I been twice to the Dr Seiba is office with no issues whatsoever. My first time the Dr allowed me to explain my situation and provided me feedback and send me to get specific test done before doing extra exams that may not be needed. Great listener and patience without any interruptions. I am now waiting for my results later this month of March. The staff very friendly and never did I felt rushed. They helped me to get my CT scan to be scheduled a lot sooner.

Very bad experience all around. From the waiting room being overly warm, to an unprofessional front staff. The doctor himself was rude, unprofessional towards his fellow medical professionals, and clearly did not take what I was saying into consideration. Not only that, but if you want to get your medical records for another doctor, you have to pay them and then wait 10-14 days! It’s truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical office and doctor, I can see why it was so easy to get an appointment quickly here. Avoid if it all possible.

Great and knowledgeable doctor, he diagnosed me quick and had surgery within 10 days. I usually get called in within 20 minutes of my appointment time. Been going to his office since 2019. So far I’ve had great experience with them.

I just got up and left...waited for more than an hour in the waiting area and then hour and 45 minutes in a hot examination room. Already 5PM. Ask the attendant where the doc was at and she pointed to his office. Will go to VA community care and get him removed from referral list and get another appointment. Another freaking month to wait!!!!

Been trying to reschedule an Appt for my dad. I called since Monday, told me they would call me back because they had alot of “procedures”, took my info and never called back. I called right now, and the lady who answered “Berenice” didn’t say she was going to put me on hold, so I hung up thinking she couldn’t hear me. I called again and she answered with an attitude and put me on hold without even letting say a word.
