My daughter had the best experience at Dr. Michaels practice. He and his staff were always efficient, professional, knowledgeable and so courteous to my daughter as the patient. They made her feel so comfortable so that she wasn’t scared at all during her experience. This is truly a great orthodontist practice.

I been going to this clinic for about 3 years. Dr. Michael treated both my kids. Both Dr. Michael and his team were professional, courteous and helpful when we needed help. My kids teeth are beautiful. I highly recommend his office if anyone needs their tooth fixed.

I’ve been coming to this orthodontist office in Michael for a while, and I really miss the first receptionist who used to work at the front desk she was always kind, helpful, and professional. The new, younger staff at the front aren’t as friendly, and sometimes they come across as rude to customers. It makes the experience less pleasant than it used to be. I really hope the office improves its customer service again because the orthodontists themselves do a great job.

This has to be the best orthodontist 🦷 experience ever!! The customer service is really good they treat you like family and explain everything with such detailed! My son loves it here too it’s very important that your children feel happy coming to the ortho and not scared. Thank you for the great service and experience.

This is my daughter’s first orthodontic experience at 8 years old, and it’s been wonderful. The staff is so kind and patient, making her feel completely comfortable. Everything is explained clearly, and the care has been amazing. We’re so happy we chose this office!
