Michael Miao, M.D. - Orthopedic Surgeon

My experience was fast and easy! I saw great reviews about Dr. Michael Miao online and was initially hesitant about going for my knee, but he made me feel welcomed and safe. We have a surgery scheduled soon, and I definitely trust this clinic for any future procedures. The receptionists are also super nice and welcoming. I was nervous at first, but now I can confidently say I’d highly recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome experience. It was my first time as a patient and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Miao was very informative and professional. I left feeling extremely cared for as a patient and with a plan of treatment.

It seemed like I upset him while he was talking to me about the bursitis on my elbow. Because I was hoping for more than just do nothing and it should go away, but prior to seeing him I went to quick care and another home care which they weren't able to drain it because it was something orthopedic doctors do. I also have A-fib and he said if I wanted to drain it then I would have to stop the blood thinner medication for 3 days and then come back. I thought that's not going to happen cause with stopping eloiquis might cause blood clots which could be worse than what's happening now. So, there's nothing I can do about it.

They are unorganized when it comes to coordination. It’s impossible to get help when calling the office, they will hang up on you even if you wait! The doctors are amazing however, some of the assistants are a little bit overwhelmed with patients.

I am and always be grateful to dr Miao and his team for bringing my life back ,i blew up my knee, torn ligaments and meniscus playing football 15 years ago,i wasn't able to walk or having a normal life but i was lucky someone told me about Dr Miao and he saved me.I am 45 now, i've ran 2 half marathons and a marathon,i hike and swim ,and went back to play football,never had pain ,never had taken any antiflamatory drug,my knees are stronger than ever..thank you again Dr Miao ...
