My visit was smooth from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly and the waiting time is minimal. Dr.M Okano explained the procedure clearly and was very gentle throughout. I truly appreciate how skilled and careful he is- he truly has a good hand. The clinic is clean and well organized and the staff are polite and professional. I’ve been a patient for over 20 years. Dr. Michael Okano is one-of-a kind, excellent dentist in Kapolei.

I’m warmly greeted by their office manager. I waited only a couple mins and Nina the dental hygienist happily greets me and directs me to the room. The massage chair is so comfy, you want to take a nap! The experience I feel during the cleaning is trust knowing Nina is the best in her profession. Dr Okano was voted one year and recognized several years as one of the best Dentist in Hawaii. I’ve been his patient for 18 years and my teeth and gums look great because of his treatments, recommendations, X-rays and exams. I’m so blessed to have chosen Dr Okano 18 years ago when I transferred from California to Hawaii.

Staff are all professional, warm and welcoming. Appreciate the receptionist Summer, Hygienist Grace and Dr. Okano himself. All were super compassionate and empathic. Appreciated the use of upgraded dental instruments /technologies. I typically do not like the dentist, but this group made my dental experience very comfortable.
