Currently working at a facility where pharmerica supplies our meds. Horrible service, 24-48 hr turn around to receive medications. Spoke with representative this morning she was very kind and helpful however the 2 medications I called about one was electronically entered in 11/1 at 1345 and the second med I requested was enter 11/2 at 1430. Both meds have yet to arrive at the facility. It is now after 3pm our meds have been delivered and neither of the meds are in site. Yes we have a edk but why are we still waiting days to receive meds. New admit came 11/2 that pt meds were not delivered on 3pm run as well. Hopefully we will receive them by Monday. Until then edk will be used so we can properly accommodate resident. Please make improvements! Also when i spoke with data entry this mornin
