Great Dentist and staff. Dr. Vanover takes the time to show he cares about his patients. I am extremely satisfied with the care and friendliness of him and his staff. Unlike most dentists he even called me personally to check on me later the same day! I am impressed!

The BEST! B.E.S.T... so much so, I drive 497 miles from my home in NC to get all my dental needs - from cleaning to crowns- at this practice! Dr Vanover and his stellar staff are the epitome of professional Dentristry care; patient comfort is a top priority! We're new to the area and sought a new dentist for a year.after several trips to a popular local dentist group and only accomplishing scans and appointments, no actual dental work - not even a cleaning, I was very pleased to visit Dr Vanover today! Getting a tooth extraction is not your ideal visit to the dentist for the first time. The level of personal customer service is exceptional here!!! Dr. Vanover and his staff was very curteous and friendly. I've never had any doctor call and check on me after the service was completed, I was really surprised by the overall experience. Dr. Vanover has definitely earned my future business and I will most certainly be a customer for life!!!

Vanover Dentistry used to be a great place to go. Dr Vanover and staff were amazing. I have been a patient for over two years. Dr Vanover retired and left it to another doctor. He has a complex of he does nothing wrong and you cannot question him on it. Right in the middle of getting fitted for a denture, I question him on the bite and the rocking looseness of the denture. After that, he demands I leave and orders the staff to dismiss me as a patient. Technicians and receptionists are trying to tell him I am a good patient and he shuts his office door. Staff continually apologizes for his actions when they should not have to. I am awaiting a regional manager to call me now. I say all that to say this.
