I have had a pleasant experience at SightMD Connecticut. The staff at the front desk were patience in assisting me with the check in and answering my questions with regard of my benefits. I chose this office because it was in network with my health insurance and also were listed with exceptional customer service. Dr. Bautista truly invested his time in examined my eyes and was very attentive in responding my questions. Dr. Bautista went the extra mile and he gave me a sample of a lubricant eye drops that I can use to treat the dryness on my eyes. Thank you.

Dr. Bautista was Great!! He took all the time needed to check my eyes. He review the results of tests, listened to me and answered all my questions. He makes you feel at ease. The staff was nice and friendly. I would recommend him highly.

Dr Bautista seems very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of my questions. This is my first visit since the office has new owners. Dr Bautista and all the staff were great, however it was a long wait, and the refraction test was very quick in comparison to every other annual checkup. Perhaps it was just a busy day and not the impact of new owners. Insurance is handled differently now too resulting in different charges (for me).
