Dr. Michael Bernard is my Dentist. He is very friendly and personalable. I would recommend him to my family and friends without hesitation, his office is clean, his staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. I’ve been a patient for several years had no complaints up until my recent visit on 1/27/2026. Dr. Peña and the X-Ray technician was very professional and attentive; both of their customer service skills were spot on. HOWEVER, their colleague Ms. Freda showed poor customer service skills, acting as if she was in a rush, giving excuses as to why it took her forever to come to my room, expressing that she doesn’t have time to clean my teeth because she has someone scheduled at 12:30pm. I told her…. it’s 10:20am (more than enough time in my opinion). Her response was that I only scheduled for an exam and I “should have” did this and she don’t have the time to do this and the other. It’s always a pleasure coming to the dentist doctor, Bernard of Broward Boulevard office over 10 years now I have seen so many come and go but not Miss Martha, She’s still there Dr. Bernard. I always ask about him. and I had a visit on February 13 and guess who walks in Dr. Bernard it’s always a pleasure talking with hi.He’s still there doing this thing. My experiences has always been great.

I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. My dentist consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable, informed, and getting the best care possible. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes the appointment feel rushed. The quality of his work is outstanding, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
