Do NOT go to this office. They cancelled my two appointments with NO notice. They claimed the first time I told them I called them and told them I “changed my mind” and that the second time I called and left a voicemail saying I wanted to cancel. I asked if they could be confusing me with another patient because I never changed my mind and I certainly never called and left a message trying to cancel. They said no and that they wouldn’t accommodate me because my chart said I had cancelled multiple times before. I’ve never had a prior appointment with them so that’s not possible. I even called multiple times to confirm my appointment both times before making the drive and never received a call back or confirmation. Both times myself and my partner had to take two days off work to be able to

Dr Russo, prior military flight doctor, understands military experiences and relates treatment accordingly. I have been a patient with him for over 3 years and he is knowledgeable on all FAA needs and requirements. Great Honolulu office staff, very friendly and do not waste your time when you have any needs. Highly recommend if you need a knowledgeable physician for any sleep disorders with a great clinic staff.

Very aggressive, abrasive, and flat out insensitive. My first appointment with him he told me that my chronic migraines I've had since I was a teenager were due to sleep apnea and that I had sleep apnea because I was fat. 0 questions about past head trauma, genetics, 0 cares about the multiple other MDs I've seen over the years. Do not recommend if you are even slightly overweight or unless you actually think you might have sleep apnea.

Just met Dr. Rusao and he is very friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. Looking forward to my treatment with Dr Russo. Highly recommended A++++

Watch out for this Dr.. says one thing/does another. Very passive-aggressive. Won’t even discuss issues.
