Full disclosure - this review is only about the consultation of wisdom teeth removal and cost. I was not able to use Dr. Kail's services due to being new to the area and not having anyone to drive me to and from the practice for my wisdom teeth removal. Instead, I am getting them removed in my home area of Eastern PA where I have relatives that are willing to call off work the day of my procedure. Anyway, the consultation was great. There was no pressure from Dr. Kail to have all of four of my wisdom teeth removed - although he said most people get them all removed to avoid any problems down the road. Excellent Wisdom Tooth Extraction Dr. Kail was professional, polite, and made the whole process smooth and easy. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. His team—dental assistants, nurses, hygienists (not sure their exact titles!)—were all fantastic. Friendly, efficient, and clearly well-coordinated. Highly recommend

This practice demonstrates a concerning lack of respect for patients’ time, as evidenced by numerous comments. It is crucial for the medical staff to undergo training in medical ethics, patient care, and customer service. The environment is characterized by insincere smiles and a general lack of respect. During my visit today, Dr. Kail unnecessarily extended my wait by one hour while I was in significant pain. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the delay, he ignored my concerns and indirectly compelled me to leave the facility without receiving proper medical attention. His assistant’s demeanor, which mirrors his, further exacerbates the situation. I am uncertain if she perceives herself as a NASA scientist. When we called to make an appointment and explained we didn’t want sedation and needed a sooner appointment than one we had at a different dentist we were told the soonest appointment was in the beginning of September, when we went to the appointment dr kail tried pushing him to get sedation for just the one tooth we need removed even after he explained that it’s only a couple minute procedure and the patient said he didn’t want it. They also prescribed ‘preventative’ antibiotics which there is a lot of controversy about this and we don’t agree with. When we went to check out we were told an appointment without sedation has more than 2 month wait. It was a waste of our time and money going here and they misled us completely when making the appointment.

Dr. Moore just pulled one of my wisdom teeth. He wanted to sedate me, but I asked to be awake. It took him less than 10 minutes to remove the offending tooth, despite its neighboring crown and deep, curved roots. When I said that I don't like injections, he distracted me while doing them so well that I had no clue that I was getting injections until he was finished. I am beyond impressed and will be coming back to have my remaining wisdom teeth removed!
