Very satisfied with my procedure. Exactly what I hoped for. Dr. Daniel Calva is amazing! So recommend him. He really makes you feel at peace during the procedure. I never had the experience of having a doctor like him! Still healing, but recovery was fast.
If you are considering trusting Miami Hand Center with your needs here are a few things to consider. My experience was unsatisfactory from start to finish. 1. The surgeon instructed me that the surgery for my son’s broken hand would take 10 minutes. Then the coordinator called me to schedule and collect money. My insurance policy requires me to pay 20% (which is acceptable). The issue is, 20% would be $4,000 which is the same as the entire self pay amount. When I asked how much self pay is for the entire procedure it was almost the same exact cost. That means they were billing my insurance company over $20,000 but still demanding I pay the $4,000 up front. I decided to do self pay. If I could give more 🌟 I would. The facility is nice and all the staff are really attentive. I highly recommend this office. I didn’t had to wait and they attended my needs all in the same day. I got x-ray 🩻 and cast so quick.
I am truly thankful and pleased with the results of the surgery. My sincere appreciation goes to Dr. Calva-Cerqueira and his team for their dedicated efforts. I wish them continued success in their practice.
LOVE THE FRIENDLY STAFF!!! Glad they have therapy here now. Staff has treated me like family. LOVE LOVE LOVE! The Surgeons are extremely well educated but most importantly they have the experience - go to a surgeon who does that surgery often. If you have the choice to be seen at The Miami Hand Center DO IT! Emergency room you get a "luck of the draw" surgeon - here you have excellent experienced and intelligent professionals. *I know you may not have a choice and have to go to the ER* **BUT IF YOU CAN - BE SEEN HERE! SAVE YOURSELF $ & TIME!**
