The five stars are based 100% on Dr. Caroline Collado. She has truly been an angel when it comes to my children’s health. I am so grateful for her knowledge and holistic approach. She is the definition of a gold-standard pediatrician. WE LOVE HER!!

We’ve had an amazing experience with Miami Beach Pediatrics, and as we prepare to move, I felt compelled to share how much we’ll miss them. From day one, the entire team has been outstanding. We’ve worked with Alexandra and Dr. Collado, who have both been kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. As first-time parents, we had so many questions and worries, but they always took the time to listen, explain, and reassure us. We never once felt rushed or dismissed — just genuinely supported, and we always left with great practical advice. Recently, our son became ill, and Alexandra went above and beyond — personally calling to check on him and even offering her cell phone number in case anything changed. That kind of care and compassion is rare these days, and it meant the world to us ❤️

This clinic is severely overbooked. Expect to wait well over an hour and a half at every visit, only to see the doctor for about 10 minutes. He does not remember your child and clearly relies solely on his notes, which makes the care feel impersonal and rushed. Trying to contact this office is a nightmare. Calls are endlessly transferred from one person to another, only to be placed on hold for over an hour. Voicemails are completely ignored — no one ever calls back. The staff is consistently rude and shockingly unprofessional. There is zero accountability and no sense of urgency, even when it comes to your child’s care. I’ve been calling the office for the last three weeks trying to request my daughter’s medical records and with no success. We live so far away so at this point the only thing I can do is to to go there. They don’t answer their calls or reply to emails. We have been looking for a new doctors office because when you do come for the appointment they make you wait every single time for almost an hour to get seen. Dr Collado is great but at the end of it it’s no it worth it.

My 2-year old has been going here since he was born. Dr. Collado is good, but the administrative team is a mess. I've often waited an hour on the line to make an appointment just to be hung up on. The last straw was when my second child was born and I needed a mandatory jaundice check-up 2 days post leaving the hospital. They were unable to accommodate. Every pediatrician's office should be able to accommodate a mandatory appointment such as this. Never going back.
