MI MI Optometric Center

This is very frustrating. I paid for an eye exam to get glasses, but now the manager is trying to charge me for the prescription. Is this reasonable? The prices here are too expensive. I strongly do not recommend this place. Very disappointing — I got my glasses at another shop for half the price.

My children and I went in for eye exam before the year end and I was very happy with their skill. They took all kinds of special tests on me and my kids, also checking the nerves behind the eyes, and helped me to pick the best eyeglasses that fits me the best. Also gave me some really helpful tips and advice to keep my children’s eyes healthy. Very happy with this place.

This optometry center has the largest selection of glasses that I've seen. They were extremely helpful in finding the glasses and sunglasses that I wanted and at a very good price. I would highly recommend!

Bad customer service. Especially the lady who exam your eyes. She’s really rude. No patient, No smile on her face . So unprofessional . I would not recommend this place

As a new resident, I drove and called around the area to find an optometrist and came across this office. They were able to accommodate me as a walk-in for an eye exam and to order my contacts. I saw Dr. Joon for my eye exam. The two front desk staff members were able to find my insurance, though I did have a bit of trouble understanding the breakdown of what I owed and the cost of my contacts. The explanation was a bit rushed, with numbers written down without much detail. It would have been helpful if they had provided a clearer description next to each amount.
