MGM Dental

Dr. Dienes was my dentist for over 10 years. One day, I had a tooth break off of an implant. The doctor told me that it was covered under warranty and proceeded correcting the problem. A month or so later I received a large invoice for the work and called the office to find out why? The doctor did not know which tooth he was working on. The broken tooth was not covered! I would think he would still honor his verbal warranty. Dr. Dienes did honor the warranty, but refused to see me for future appointments. Office personnel belittled me somewhat. I ended up getting another dentist.

This was a wonderful experience as a first time patient. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, I wasn’t forced to waste my time doing a new patient consultation as many dentists require, and I wasn’t being up sold on treatments or products as has been my experience, again, at other providers. Everyone was so friendly and included my young daughter to sit in my room after her cleaning and learn a little about dentistry. Thank you MGM.

I visited this dental practice seeking care for my teeth but found the atmosphere uncomfortable due to the unwelcoming demeanor of the staff. While I understand each person has their own way of expressing themselves, comments on my appearance felt intrusive and disrespectful. It’s important for any clinic to foster an environment where patients feel safe and respected. I hope sharing this will improve future interactions with others.

I absolutely hated the dentist before i met Dr Dienes. He makes every experience a blast and he is the only dentist i trust. He always fits me right in anytime i have an issue. Dr Dienes takes his time and is patient. He is simply the Micheal Jackson of dentistry and the only place ill have work done. The team at mgm not only are dentists but friends. I look forward to seeing them.

By far the BEST dentists I've had in my long lifetime. The dentists are all compassionate, gentle, professional, and extremely talented. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All of the procedures that I've had have been virtually painless and the results have often times made me cry tears of joy. This group will undoubtedly exceed your expectations.
