Reading the other reviews is disturbing. The experiences folks are having here are horrid. My personal experience has been mostly positive. I work with Dr Ronda and NP Jen Scanlon. Dr Ronda and I started off on a very negative foot due to her overreaction, but I stayed and she has been good for me and now my teen daughter. I sometimes feel that she doesn't listen well and talks more than I need; other times she listens A LOT to severe family issues. Recently, during a family crisis, she focused on "what the courts want to see" instead of on our health. I needed health support, not ad hoc legal advice. I like Jen Scanlon a lot. Personally, I have been coming here for years now.. these comments I have read are definitely spot on. I do agree that the front desk staff are really really rude. I just don't understand what is wrong with society nowadays it seems like everybody's always uptight always on edge, even the Walgreens pharmacy in Everett square you call those people and then they yell at you on the phone they're rude, they won't even give you a chance to speak they just cut you off in other words like you're speaking too slow hurry up I got other customers they won't even take the time to listen to you. I just don't understand it like it's like everyone's always on edge everyone has an attitude everyone's miserable where is the love? It's like nobody has respect for nobody anymore. It's very very rare nowaday
I had a PTSD episode after a severe car accident and they refused pain medications, refused my nightly psychiatric medication for PTSD, refused to treat my injuries, provide a blanket overnight, or answer any of my questions. When I started crying, they called the police to kick me out onto the street and refused to even call me a cab because my cellphone was missing. I was cussed out by the entire staff and told I am a terrible person. Dr. Gideon needs to be fired, as does the entire nursing staff.
This clinic is exactly what I hoped I would find for my family. Every single person working there that I have encountered has been fantastic. Multiple staff members are at least bilingual. They have worked my twins in quickly Or referred us out honestly when we can’t be seen same day. Dr. Carl Malm is a gift to my kids and the adults and brings a genuine joy that is rarely found in healthcare. You can complain about the facilities not being brand new if you want, but every doctors office has the same equipment. You can’t replace these people. I can’t refer them enough.
Wow these other reviews are spot on. I was harrassed by the receptionist Debbie. I had spoken to a nurse on patient gateway about a form I needed filled out for my son's dentist appointment. I dropped it off, within 10 mins Debbie called me I didn't realize since I was shopping and when I called I waited for a long time and since it was Friday at 4:45 and they close at 5 I said I'll call Monday. The receptionist called me twice Monday morning, called my husband and the dentist office?!she wanted more information which I explained to the nurse all ready. Then when I called she was so rude. I then wrote the nurse asking her to explain the all the information I have on patient gateway already. And guess who calls me 5 min s later...Debbie acting even ruder that I left a message.
