My daughter was seen they are getting her glasses and everything was great! So happy to have a place that doesn't try to refer you to somewhere farther from home! My youngest is next to be seen in july

My husband and I both went here for eye exams. Dr. Ryan was very professional and kind. Office stuff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. I received notification about my new frames being ready for pick up within a week following my appointment. Would highly recommend!

Okay for glasses, if you're getting contacts expect to go back multiple times for checkups before you will get your script. Unprofessional and makes it hard especially when we live an hour away. Was told the last visit was going to be the last, and then my husband was scheduled again to come back, doesn't make sense, just be aware, doctor was angry when asked for the legitimate script for us to order elsewhere.

It's been over a month since my gf appointment, still no glasses! They forward to the ishpeming office instead of answering there patients calls bc of remodel supposedly.. They don't even have the decency to call and let us know. I've never heard of an office not calling to let patients know about their inconviences. Remodel or not, can't pick up a phone?!? TF BEYOND MAD!!
