I have been treated by Paige & Andrew Shriner for multiple visits concerning my lymphedema, neck, pain and shoulder injuries, for the past several years and with great success - I have become pain free. Their massage techniques & use of hot stones & cupping really have made a difference in my treatments. Their professionalism, attention to detail and compassion have really made a difference in my life and my daily comfort level. I am truely grateful for them and highly recommend them for orthopedic rehab, joint pain of any type & recovery from breast cancer surgery.

I have been using Metta Health PT since 2022, since my double mastectomy, for lymphedema and several orthopedic injuries. Both Paige & Andrew (husband & wife team), are compassionate, dedicated, caring & attentive to my needs and are experts in their field of diverse knowledge. Paige & Andrew are not only passionate about the work they do, but also serve as a great resource for referrals when additional treatment (i.e. surgery or injections) are an option to relieve the source of the pain. They take most insurance, work well to accommodate scheduling needs and treat patients of all ages. I highly recommend them.
