Thanks to Doctor Ann Chon who I experienced to be a great dentist and that I completely trust. As a doctor she care deeply about her patients and does everything she can to provide the best dental care possible. Also I would like to mention that her dental assistant Barbara Niemann was great and very knowledgeable and super patient and professional, thank you so much for your attention. They make a great team!!!!

During my childhood, i was not a stranger to dental visits. However, on 10/27/25, as i entered the dental suite, i was met with a group of professional workers, who smiled at me, as they welcomed my visit.. They friendly disposition allayed my fears, and i knew that i was in the right place. The technican was pleasant and courteous, and answered all the questions I asked her, i could tell by her pleasant disposition that she was genuinely honest with her answers, and that she was not bothered with me , not even for a moment. The dentist dentist was pleasant and cheerful, her radiant smile told me that she was was available to listen to my many concerns, as i spoke with her. I've been using the services of Metrowest Family Dentistry for over 20 years. You are going to love Dr. Heap and his people. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to the assistants, to Dr. Heap himself, they truly make "Visiting a Dentist" ("ALMOST") enjoyable.

Been a patient of Dr. Heap many years and he’s great. Got 6 reminders for my appointment but was not in the chair until 15 minutes following my appointment time at 1:30. You can do better.

I have been a patient of this practice for many years now. The staff is always courteous, friendly and care for their patients. They pay attention to detail and are spot on with their recommendations - always focused with your wellbeing in mind. I will continue to recommend them for their excellent service!!
