I recently had an outstanding experience with Dr. Rabiei, a phenomenal foot doctor who truly went above and beyond in treating my plantar fasciitis. I was in excruciating pain and could barely walk when I called his office, desperate for help. To my relief, his team scheduled me for an emergency visit that very same day—an impressive feat that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms, thoroughly explaining the cause of my plantar fasciitis and the treatment options available. His expertise and compassionate demeanor made me feel confident I was in great hands. I really feel hard done by and have to write this up. So, I was scheduled for an 8.30am appointment on Sunday. It was a no-show of the part of this company despite: (a)the unfulfilled promise that they were going to call back on Friday to firm up address, they didn't (b) the fact that they have two addresses in Queens for which none opened on the said sunday (c) the fact that the two numbers on the website kept, saying they were closed so no one picked on Saturday or Sunday (d)the fact that I had to take taxi's to the two locations without any service (d) the fact that some called 3 hours later around 11.50am not to be of assistance but to berate me for not making my appointment (e) the said person called me with an unknown number Really, it think more work needs to be done here (a) which

The doctor was informative on the first visit. The pharmacy they use to deliver medication to the home not organized. The phone manner when calling the office not the best at all. Attitude very disappointing.
