Great doctor, great staff, little wait time for an appointment! Dr. Eastern was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time but did not feel rushed.

The personal deserves a 0. I called today 09/04/2025 because I woke up with a bad rash on my chest and neck on which I was seen by Dr.Eastern and treated. almost a month ago but came back again. So when I called I was told by the receptionist that I can't be seen because they were booked. I ask her to be seen the next day (Friday) and her response was "the doctor doesn't work on Fridays. End of the conversation. I started searching for a dermatologist when suddenly I remembered Dr. Cohen in Kearny on which he treated me years ago, I called the office and the receptionist gave an appointment for 4:45 pm. Upon arrival everything was great paid my co payment I was taken to the room to see the doctor when suddenly the assistant came in and told me that the doctor can't see me, when I asked her

This office is amazing. Everyone in the Belleville office is very kind and helpful. I had an awesome experience with IG-SRT to get rid of skin cancer on my face under my eye with Karina Pruden, she's amazing. I came in a few times a week for 15 min appointments and got rid of my skin cancer with no problems, no scarring, it was amazing. Karina is so sweet and even does a "dress rehearsal" before your first treatment so you know what to expect. I was 24 years old so I really didn't want scarring on my face and this was the best experience, my face looks like it never happened and I'm so grateful for her and the team for making this possible and easy for me. The problem is the freaking billing department. They're nuts. I did a payment plan and paid in full by the time I finished my treatmen

Horrible experience. Provider came in didnt ask for my name didnt review my medication list and was of no help. I brought a list of issues I needed help with and left with the least of the problems solved. I told him all his solutions that he’s listing out had already been implemented. He shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. He recommended biotin for hair growth….its not even proven to help with hair growth. Its just another supplement lie. This provider also went ahead and put liquid nitrogen on my warts not telling me of the procedure ahead of time. I have work I was not expecting my hand to hurt this bad or I would’ve planned a return date.

I have had previous experiences with Dr. Eastern. He has treated both myself and family members. I have always found the Dr. and his staff very professional and friendly. I've never had to wait long either. The Dr. Has always made me feel very comfortable during my office visits.
