Metropolitan dental and Associates

Not surprised they have 1-star reviews, worst experience for my mom ever and if i can give negative stars i would. Girl at the front and the person who took her x rays were nice. But the doctor himself is terrible, he even raised his voice at her instead of explaining what had to be done to fix her issue with her toothache. On top of that tried to over charge her over 2500 for a tooth extraction when on the wall it clearly said 800. Doesnt make sense… dont waste your time here.

I saw the poor reviews and still decided to go to this appointment. The only consolation is that the receptionist is very kind and helpful. I asked them to email me the x-rays they took of my daughter's teeth and they said I have to come in and take a picture with my phone! My appointment was 3pm and I didn't see the dentist till after 4. The place is run down and needs a good cleaning.

If i could give it zero stars, i would. I went for a regular cleaning. First they took x-rays of my teeth which isn’t Supposed to hurt but it did. Very uncomfortable, why would they put TAPE on the camera. Before the cleaning, i asked the lady if it would hurt and she said no, but guess what? IT HURTS A LOT. I’m still in pain. I went with no pain and came back with pain. Horrible place, do not go there.

My experience here was horrible. Recently I made an appointment which took me 4 weeks to be seen by a dentist because of their schedule was fully booked. When I got their for my appointment for 9am I had to wait 4hrs in the waiting room for my name to be called because their was only "1 dentist" in the building. When I sat in the chair the people that work their did not even change the small rinse water cup which I almost drinked. At this point I'm already digiested. As I'm sitting in the chair the dentist is doing more then one thing and speaking to different people which took another hr of my time. I went their for a filling. I end up leaving without getting it done. I literally walk off the chair. The only thing they did was numb me with a needle and this litter gel they had put on my g

Worse customer service ever that old receptionist doesn't deserved to be called a lady. She's been working there for a while and always have a terrible attitude. I don't recommend this place at all especially for the kids that receptionist will push your buttons unprovoked.
