After years of trauma from the medical industry and countless chain pharmacies, I made the switch to Metromeds over 2 years ago and never looked back! The care they put into getting to know each customer and the kindness and compassion they have for making sure you are taken care of quickly and efficiently is out of this world. They are easy to communicate with and are always responsive. If you want quality service from your pharmacy switch to Metromeds :)

BE CAUTIOUS. Was going to this pharmacy all last year and was told “your insurance does not cover this medication”. I was paying 95.00-160.00 per month. After much research and contacting my insurance it should have been $10.00. Paid over $1,000.00 and should have been $80.00. Contacted insurance and a case of fraud has been opened against them. It’s very disheartening and when I said something the lady working at the desk laughed because she thought it was funny. I highly highly recommend not going to this pharmacy unless you want to me scammed. Just beware and make sure you’re contacting your insurance just to verify and don’t make the same mistake I did. My insurance also contact the better business bureau on my behalf. Again be cautious.

Sneaky business practices. Not trustworthy, at all. 7/25/25...Yes, I'll tell you exactly why. You say you offer "free" delivery, but without notification you began shipping my prescriptions to me. At first I thought, no problem. Then I found out you only shipped on Thursdays. Now I'm thinking this is pretty inconvenient. But, I accommodated you. Then I found I'm now being charged for these deliveries, so I reached out to you, whereupon you had told me I had been notified of the delivery charge! I told you no one told me I was being charged. You kept saying, "Yes they did." You were basically calling me a liar. I told you as far as I had ever known your pharmacy boasted on FREE DELIVERY and it was never my decision to switch to shipping. Truly the absolute best in pharmacies across Orlando. Stephen and his team are very caring and really go above and beyond to answer questions sincerely. Amazing customer service and wonderful establishment. They even deliver! My wife and I love MetroMeds Pharmacy. Thank you MetroMeds Pharmacy for taking care of our needs every month. We really appreciate all of you and are grateful to have you as our local pharmacy.

Such a great pharmacy, the pharmacist and his staff quickly get to know u, and even as one enters the door, they spot me, address me politely and cheerfully before I even get up to the counter. Pharmacist gives excellent advice and information on medicines and potential clash of medicines, depending on one's other prescriptions. When those other pharmacies are backed up with customers, MetroMeds is speedy, reliable, and always a pleasant experience. I sincerely hope they will open more stores, maybe one in my immediate area of Winter Park(!)
