I had a very positive experience at Metrolins for day surgery. From the moment I arrived, everything was well organized. I received my premedication on time and was taken care of attentively before the procedure. The staff were outstanding. They made a real effort to accommodate me, personalized the care, clearly explained their roles, and walked me through what to expect so I felt informed and comfortable at every step. The doctor A. was especially reassuring. They were positive, friendly, and consistently explained what was happening and what the next steps would be, which helped remove any anxiety and prevented surprises. Overall, the care felt thoughtful, professional, and patient-centered. I felt well supported throughout the entire experience and would highly recommend this team.

From my 1st call to Metrolina Eye with the prompt, professional and caring assistance from Kim to the immediate scheduling of my cataract consultation and surgery dates with Dr Mac to the thorough pre-testing by his skilled techs to the thorough evaluation of my eyes by Dr Mac, I couldn’t have been more thankful and relieved that Dr Mac was going to take of my cataract laser eye surgery.
