MetroHealth Beachwood Health Center - Express Care

Came to the express care and they let previous people go in before me than they come in the room and state it’s close to closing can I go to the ED. This is the most unprofessional encounter for any professional provider not complete their already check in customers. Don’t waste your time going here it’s always a terrible experience

There is absolutely nothing express about MetroHealth Expres Clinics. I literally came here 30 minutes ago to pickup a container for a biological samples and I am still waiting on the lobby. I don’t need to see a doctor, a nurse, or nurse practitioner…..I need a container with a medical label on it, this is something the receptionist sound be able to do. This is my third time and the result is always the same. The people are nice, but I am about to find a new health network.

A very useful place to get quick care. We usually see a nurse practitioner and they are good. The only downside of the Beachwood location is that they no longer have an x-ray. Otherwise a good alternative to the emergency room.

I get to express care during operational hours, but the window was closed. No sign, and the people at the other end of hall said that they was suppose to be open. Many people are waiting for the window to open for a long time. Then they come out and say we gotta check in at the end of the hall, where they just told us to go back to the window because it was open. So we all go back, I'm the first in line, but the lady took so long to check me in, that the person next to her checked in 5 people, who was after me. We waited 40 minutes once we did get back to a room. Then they send me to the pharmacy claiming they was sending my prescription in 5 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting in the pharmacy, the pharmacist called upstairs, just to find out the doctor forgot to send the prescription. I
