MetroDoc Urgent Care

I went to this facility today as I had made endless calls regarding my prescription and no one picked up after this morning. A young lady was very sweet and said she would assist me and get back to me in a half hr and never did. I even called while entering this place which was completely empty and no one answered the phone. I came to ask for the employees name and two people refused to give it to me. The doctor requested my info, looked into my medical records asked to speak to me and when I asked for his name he refused to give it to me. I asked several times and also asked several times if he is refusing to give me his name and he said yes. In the state of NJ it is AGAINST THE LAW for a doctor to review your medical records and not give you their name. I will be reporting this to the st

Very happy with my experience. The staff was very attentive and the doctor was amazing. They answered all my questions & rested my mind.

Great urgent care, great stuff and doctor. I take my kids and myself for an emergency. The wait time is like one or two minutes, which that is great when you have little kids. They help me very quick, and I am feeling relief it’s a place close to home that I can trust to go there for emergency. Thanks to all the doctors and stuff.

I wish they got ZERO STARTS. But Waoo I went with my 3 kids today to check they and myself. All of us had fever. When the doctor walk to the room she spent like 40 seconds with us. I had to scream to her that please prescribed me tylenol for the big headache that I had. What was unbelievable was that she NEVER check my kids ears or throat.. this is always the most important things to do specially in kids because if they any infection to treat it.. Me as a mom I was so sick with fever and headache that I realized that after I leave the place. But her as a doctor I dont know how she could forget about it.
