Thank you, Dr. Runsewe! This was my second time visiting this urgent care, and I don’t usually write reviews, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I came in feeling very nervous, but Dr. Runsewe was amazing. He took the time to explain what was going on and point me in the right direction. His kindness and thoroughness really put me at ease. I started the medications he prescribed and later followed up with a specialist, who confirmed I was on the right treatment and should continue. I’m so grateful for his care!

Dr Runsewe lacks empathy for patients. He refuses treatment and doesn’t document it in his notes. When he refused my treatment, I asked him to document exactly what we spoke about and he said “for what?” Legally whatever is discussed at a Dr’s appomtment must be documented. Extremely unprofessional and rude doctor and his practice is questionable.

Tosin is extremely rude, overspoke me when I was asking a simple question, and hung up on me when I asked for confirmation of the appt made. Please get a more competent & compassionate person at the front he should be fired immediately.
