Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy

I am incredibly grateful for the care and dedication Tracy, my physical therapist showed throughout my recovery. She was diligent in every session, always paying close attention to my progress and making sure each exercise was done correctly and safely. Her firmness pushed me to work harder than I thought I could, but it always came from a place of genuine care and commitment to my improvement. At the same time, she was consistently encouraging, celebrating even the smallest milestones and reminding me how far I had come. Her balance of professionalism, compassion, and motivation made a huge difference in my recovery and made every therapy session feel purposeful and supportive.

I'm really glad I decided to go to to Garden City Metro for physical therapy after a surgery for a torn ACL. the staff are all so great! theyre extremely knowledgeable and teach you about the exercises and your muscles and the injury and explain what your goals are so you can understand how everything you do there is beneficial to your recovery. thats what i most appreciated. not to mention theyre very personable. I can tell they love what they do, that they care for their patients and enjoy coming to work. my PT Joe keeps me on my toes and his clinical eye is on point! he keeps the sessions interesting, and pushes me to level up. i always feel better after each session. we use different therapies too and i find im always excited to go because i can see the hard work paying off and the res

Joe Cottone is the best physical therapist. I have been to many other places but no physical therapist delivers the level of care that Joe does. He is able to determine exactly where your pain is coming from because of his outstanding knowledge of human anatomy. So he delivers a very personal therapy experience. He listens to your concerns and finds an approach that works. He has not only given me PT for my partial knee replacement, but used innovative laser therapy as well to help eliminate scar tissue and assist with pain. I highly recommend not only Joe but all of the therapists and staff at Metro. Everyone truly cares.

I had an excellent experience with Tammy as my therapist. She was patient, kind, professional, and helped me immensely on my road recovery even though I wasn’t able to come in consistently with a new baby at home. I was always seen promptly and given attention even on days where the clinic was busy. I would recommend this location and Tammy as a therapist to anyone in need!
