I was a patient of Metro hearing for yrs. The service & knowledge is wonderful. I wasn't happy that my Dr of many yrs left (retired) & I had no idea of the change until I went in. That happened twice in 10 yrs. It's nice to be informed of major changes. I also noticed that the aides (while great) were very expensive & had a lot of add-ons that increased the price. Informing patients of changes is professional.
Dr. Candice L. Grotsky is the best Audiologist I have ever been to. I have known her for many years. You will not find a more professional and compassionate person and doctor. If you have an option of Audiologist at this practice I highly recommend Dr. Candice L. Grotsky.
The audiologist there is awesome he's very understanding. He does his job making sure you leave the office satisfied.
Dr. Wester is very knowledgeable about hearing and educates you, not just giving you a hearing test. His testing is thorough and I feel confident about my hearing aids. I highly recommend him.
Dr Wester is an excellent thorough Audiologist. I recommend anyone to see him. His receptionist Nichelle is awesome as well. A very caring office!
