I don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but I had 3 small and 2 larger cavities and Metro got me in and out within the hour. I arrived 10 min early and they were ready to take me in upon arrival which I don’t take for granted. Dr. Tran was friendly and efficient. He made sure I was comfortable checking in every so often and worked diligently.

I recently visited this dentist’s office for a routine cleaning, and while the hygienist did a good job, my experience with the dentist and the office overall left me very disappointed. When I asked the dentist a simple question about my dental health, he became noticeably irritated and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. What made the situation worse was what happened on my way out. After the appointment, despite my insurance being accepted when I scheduled, they suddenly informed me that they no longer accept my insurance. This felt extremely unprofessional and left me with unexpected costs that I was not prepared for. I value clear communication and respectful treatment, and unfortunately this office did not meet those expectations. I will be looking for.

Dr. Tran is a great dentist, however the office staff is awful and makes going here not worth it. They don't communicate well regarding insurance and billing - even allowing long time customers to show up for appointments only to be met with we don't take your insurance and not offer any apology.

I have been seeing Dr Tran for 15 years. He is wonderful. Won’t recommend unneeded treatments and does wonderful work. I trust him to be gentle and make everything from treatment to billing pain free
