Metro Dental Group

This is the worst dentist office i ever been to. When you schedule an appointment no matter a week or two they always messing up the appointment book and end up lying and having you reschedule your appointment cause they end up over booking or trying to get you to reschedule for another day which makes no sense if I already pre book appointment. They end up doing it to me not once but like three or four time that's when I say I'm done with this place they are so unprofessional and always messing up your appointment date and time. So don't waste your time because they don't know how to run a business at all.

My experience with dentists over the years have been terrifying. So much so that I have let my teeth go. I would get so nervous. I would just cry as soon as I walk in the door. My husband had a great experience with metro so I decided to give it a try to get new dentures. Let me tell you, they were the most compassionate and understanding staff I have ever experienced. Not the first tear shed! I had one tooth that needed to be pulled, and it was out before I even knew it! They never made me feel embarrassed. Highly recommend. Dr. Brown and office staff are A1!!!!

Misty is a very disrespectful individual who should never be answering a phone for any business. Blatantly giving false information and hanging up repeatedly. This office really needs to be inspected and evaluated and they will see why it needs to be shut down. You can not hire just anyone simply to fill a spot because the individuals that work here should not be working in any customer care field or should be properly trained but the ONE dentist they do have barely know his own job. Just flirts with his workers all day ignoring and failing the patients

Today 02/19/24 was my first and last visit at Metro Dental Group. The Staff they all stucks, they are rude, not professional, poor customer service. Dr. Brown needs to check his personality not friendly not all. The equipment is outdated, the place needs to be sanitized, they need to be reported to The Health Department. They need to close them down that's how bad it is there. I do not recommend everyone to go there, that would be a bad choice.

I have been going to Metro Dental Lab since 2000..That's 25 years..Dr. Brown and staff have taken.care of me..After fighting cancer I still come to Dr.Brown..He is a great dentist.Mary Blalock.
