So honestly I believe they do a good job, at their job here. However, I had a secretary, reluctant to tell me when my own child’s Appointment was because my child’s mother decided to badmouth me. This isn’t maury okay. I had to directly ask twice when my daughter’s appointment was. Pretty much one of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever dealt with EVER! And I can’t wait for a few hundred thousand People to hear about this and see this comment.

My whole family has been going to Methuen smiles for years. They are amazing!! I can’t speak of them highly enough. They know me, my husband and my kids and some extended family. You are never just a patient. They feel like friends. 5 plus stars all the way!!
1/22/26 Great Doctor and staff. They are all very friendly and go over and above in servicing their patients. Best dentist I have had in years! 1/28/26 great service once again. I can't say enough how pleasant it is to have this group for my dental care.
