To the Nurses, Doctors, and Staff of Methodist North Hospital, I am writing this letter with sincere gratitude and deep respect for every nurse, doctor, and caregiver who played a role in my care at Methodist North Hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was treated not just as a patient, but as a person. Your professionalism, compassion, and unwavering dedication were evident in every interaction—whether it was a reassuring word during a difficult moment, the careful attention to my medical needs, or the quiet acts of kindness that so often go unnoticed but mean everything to someone in recovery. I was in Methodist North for a total of about 11 days. In the ICU for about seven of those days. First and foremost I'd like to thank the nurses. Omg, they were nice, kind,professional an caring and so were the doctors and the rest of the staff. I feel so comfortable and cared for what an amazing experience. Thanks again to the staff of Methodist North for making my stay as enjoyable as it could possibly be.

I want to sincerely thank Ouavisa H. for the exceptional care she provided as my ER nurse at the time of my visit. Severe hypertension was my initial diagnosis, but soon after was notified of another issue that brought me to the state of distraught. Not only was she one of the best nurses that I have ever encountered, she provided knowledge, compassion, empathy, and reassurance that with the proper diet and mindset, I can and will be a happy and healthy human being. Through conversation, even discovered we shared the same birthday. That hospital visit will forever hold a dear place in my heart and more nurses of her character are most definitely needed.

Some of the nurses are so mean. I was begging them for IV fluids and water but a white nurse with dark brown hair who was my nurse ignored me completely. I was throwing up constantly but wasn't given IV until my family was in the room. The firefighter or EMT who brought me end threw my wrist to see my name tag or something. They are extremely rude they better hope they don't get in a position where they are sick and get the karma they give out. After hours of begging for water because my mouth was extremely dry from throwing up a black nurse gave me a cold cup of water. After the white nurse left for her shift a male nurse took over and he was extremely nice and attentive. He provided me with IV, pain medication, and meds to prevent vomiting. If you are just in it for money, find a new job

I want to thank Dr.Joseph Mixon so much! Dr.Joseph saved my life, I have had pneumonia for almost 7 months and have been to multiple doctors office and Covington Baptist Hospital and no one figured out was wrong with me until I came here. I could have DIED and I'm so thankful for him and his team! Nurse Olivia in the ER was awesome and so sweet,so thank you! I also appreciate every nurse and doctor on level 3 and the ER nurses for the awesome care y'all provide for me! I knew something was wrong with me and nobody could give me answers until I came here and I just can't thank everybody enough for saving me and providing awesome care for me! I know y'all don't get enough appreciation that y'all definitely deserve,so THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH!!
