If you want a doctor with basic human empathy do not go to Dr Kimberly Mills. My fiancée has thyroid issues and needed a new prescription for her medication. Her normal doctor is Dr Amy Miller who has never been anything but kind and understanding towards her. She was unavailable and she needed medication so she made an appointment with Dr Mills instead, will not be doing that ever again. Her medication can be very expensive and times have been rough so we unfortunately haven’t been able to afford to get more or to make an appointment for them. Dr Mills had a very judgmental condescending tone when she told her she was out of medication, she said “So now you come” in a condescending tone. Not being understanding of people’s financial struggles. And her tone overall throughout the appointme

Kimberly Mills, FNP-C, is an outstanding nurse practitioner. She possesses a remarkable combination of attentiveness, knowledge, and resourcefulness, making her a truly pleasant person to work with. she took the time to thoroughly explain my infection and its treatment in a way that was easy for me to understand, detailing potential side effects and how to manage them. Can never get a followup visit after a hospital stay. Is usually a week or more to see the doctor.

The hands down most absolute worst Dr and nurse practitioner I have ever experienced in my life. Calling patients liars and manipulators. Was referred to these people from our old doctor conyon and this office has literally mishandled my wife’s mental health. Definitely going all the way up the ladder to make a case and also lawyers. This is outlandish and very disgusting to know people’s health is in the hands of this office.
