Method Dental Labs

As much as I want to give 5 stars I'm more teetering between a 3 and 4, but landed on a 4 because while I am a little underwhelmed by the final product I do think Method's attention to detail and willingness to take the time to make sure all the T's are cross and I's dotted with the Dentist is something that is less and less common these days. The reason that this isn't a 5 really comes down to the in person meeting I had with someone from Method regarding the shade selection of the veneers. I can't remember the exact shades, but I want to say that I wanted B1, or maybe it was one shade whiter than that - But they were really white. Have been sending all my fixed prosth work to Method for about 6 months. They do a great job, work efficiently and have excellent customer service whenever I need help.

I started working with Method Dental Lab in the Summer of 2020. I was and still am very loyal to my previous lab so it was hard to try another lab. This is a competitive field and sales people come by my office (and yours) all the time showing us beautiful crowns and other restorations. Big deal, those are easy. What impressed me it that with Method Lab, my cases look like those they show to other dentists. They produce wonderful results if I give them good cases to work with. They are very personable, easy to work with and always deliver on or before the due date. They say they can deliver in about a week, I have not tested this but I believe they could. I have communicated mostly with Bailey and Kendra but with all the staff, I feel like they really get to know our office personally and know who I am, as soon as I call. They have wonderful customer care and are always at your finger tips. They are VERY thorough with their production and you can tell they take pride in ALL the work they do. I have been using Method Dental Lab for many years. We have a great working relationship. We have worked very hard on communication. Design characteristics are emailed to me for approval prior to production. This is very helpful and key to providing the highest quality products possible for our patients. Method has invested in the latest dental lab technology. Using a local lab is very important to me as well. Again, most important is a very high quality product for our patients.
