My beauty experience with Kathy began months ago when I first contacted her after reading so many wonderful reviews. I then decided to fly from Panama 🇵🇦 to San Diego to have my permanent eyeliner (upper and lower) and brows done. Coming from a terrifying botched experience five years ago, I was definitely scared. However, after our personal consultation, she earned 100% of my trust, and I knew I was in the right hands. The entire procedure could not have been better. It was completely pain-free and, honestly, a very enjoyable experience. Getting to know the EXTRAORDINARY and HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL person Kathy is made the time even more special.
