I cannot recommend this place enough! I finally decided to start prioritizing my athletic recovery and addressing the chronic back pain I’ve dealt with from work, and it has been a total game-changer. Dan Messina, co-workers and staff are great. They listen first then decide on the best treatment to ease my pain. After each visit I feel better and leave with advice on how to work through my issues. They always make me feel at ease.

I’ve recently gone to Messina Acupuncture for ongoing neck and shoulder pain I’ve been struggling with for years from sitting for work that I’ve gone to PT for, massage therapy, you name it I’ve tried it. I attempted to go to another acupuncturist on Long Island and almost gave up because although the doctor was great the staff was not helpful and it was very discouraging. Dan at Messina Acupuncture is very knowledgeable and helpful with any ache or pain you have. I deal with chronic migraines and Dan helped me pinpoint a potential cause and developed a strategy to help me treat and prevent pain. He thoroughly explained his process and made me feel like I was in very good hands. After one session, he helped ease tension I had in my neck and taught me stretches to do at home.
