Mesa Pharmacy

Just because the store is closing in 15 minutes doesn't mean the employees should be rude to customers while complaining about wanting to go home. Was told to move out of the way for other customers even though my question wasnt answered. And then told to hurry up to the register while sitting waiting for the medication. Thanks Mandy for making me feel like I shouldn't be waited on even though I had a sick child needing medication.

This city is wonderful and the pharmacist will bend over backwards to help a patient. We are extremely impressed with the pharmacy. They have great cinnamon sticks too.

Poor customer service, failed to explain that the 74 cent copay had to be paid at clinic will have to be paid before they would drop off at clinic. Now it will be over a week before I get my medication for an injury that is already a week old. Guess they don't trust clinic to collect 74 cents. I don't think they understand basic customer service communication. I wonder if they will not meet the order because they get a honest review, they lied about trying to contact me already.

I absolutely dread going to this place. I wish there were a different option in the area. I feel like if I have a question it's an inconvenience to the staff. Not all the staff just the ones working the register. I take medicine for congestive heart failure I had one prescription filled and waiting on another. No one has called to say when it will be ready or if it will be ready at all. I'd like to pick my meds up at the same time as I live 20 miles away and the only way they will deliver is if you pay cash. We don't keep cash. Maybe I'll see about switching to a pharmacy in Vegas. You shouldn't absolutely dread going to pick up life saving medication or wonder when and if your prescriptions will be filled on time.
